This five-fold dharma will safeguard the body, which contains the five elements of nature. The violation of these elements will harm the body. It is up to us whether we want to protect it or destroy it.
1. Dharma of Water
2. Dharma of Food
3. Dharma of Exercise
4. Dharma of Rest
5. Dharma of Excretion or Dharma of Fasting
